Our method

Our recruitment process follows a well established method that in brief contains a number of steps like feasibility study and requirements profile, search of candidates, interviews and candidate presentations, reference checks and tests. When the final candidate signe the contract, we do a follow-up after a short time to ensure that both the candidate and the client is satisfied. Then we will be happy too.

We at Dinkel & Friends are all engineers and has extensive experience of Tech and Engineering industry. After many years working in product development of mobile phones, dishwashers and trucks, and with mass production in Asia, we can easily understand the challenges our clients face. And also advise on what is required of a specific role in your company. We understand our clients.
